I find it hard to define who I am, as my definition seems to always be changing before my eyes.
My journey began in my late teen years, where I battled depression and anxiety.
I danced with the idea of suicide, and eventually decided there were things worth living for (my mom, to name one)!
I used exercise as a way to begin to develop my consciousness, and then dove deeply into the personal development world.
My journey continued as I took the roles of a hairdresser, a door to door salesperson, a marketing expert, an artist, and a coach. At each stage of my life, I learned a little more, and got a little closer to my truth.
Most recently, I've allowed myself to step into my inner medicine woman, which expresses through sound healing, energy movement and bodywork.
I aim to provide invitations for activation and alignment, and to aid in the awakening of each and every person to their highest self.
